Hardware service

To support seamless product authentication and lifecycle tracking, we deploy specialised hardware directly on manufacturing lines. This includes advanced readers that activate and verify product markings at the source, ensuring data accuracy from the outset. Complementing these readers, we utilize dedicated printers that operate over a secure, encrypted link to our database, enabling precise, real-time communication. This integrated hardware setup is pivotal in capturing critical product information, ensuring authenticity, and maintaining an unbroken, verifiable chain of custody throughout the production process.

Software solution

Our software is built on an immutable database, ensuring the highest level of security and trust. At the heart of our platform are the codes we use, which, surprisingly, are not exclusively “ours.” These codes belong to our customers, partners, and consumers, enabling our platform to process any universally unique code, regardless of its origin. This flexibility allows seamless integration with existing systems and processes, needing only a unique identifier to unlock the platform's full potential across customer operations, supply chains, and distribution networks. Enhanced by machine learning, our platform listens to event data, compares it with historical records, and evaluates it against product profiles, operator behaviours, and scanning signals. This comprehensive approach generates a real-time authenticity score whenever an item is scanned, delivering unparalleled trust and verification.
